Each character has their own ‘path action’ that allows them to interact differently with NPCs depending on whether it’s daytime or nighttime. The game is an RPG at its core but with several unique elements that add depth and complexity to each character’s story. Even though the game is presented on a two-dimensional plane, everything still looks vibrant and alive. The lighting effects during battle are particularly nice, making it feel like you're in an epic fight against powerful enemies.

You don't need to bring across the system data, just the save slot data. Thus if you have A and B swapped on the PC version, the switch version will also swap A and B. More importantly, you'll need to be careful with porting the system data across because the PC version lets you set button remaps and those get picked up by the switch version.
One key note about this: if you pull saves from the PC version, they will work as well but you will need to rename the files to MJ*. This doesn't seem to automatically pick up the demo saves.
